Sunday morning
at 11 am. Please join us.
We come together
on Sunday mornings at 11:00 am to worship God and to give thanks for
the abundance in our lives, for hope in our hearts and for the grace
that God has extended to us through the life, death and resurrection of
Jesus Christ. We start Sunday school at 10am on Sundays.
We come together to celebrate a community of
faith and how good it feels to simply belong. Within the structure of
regular worship, we find the courage to look within ourselves, to see
new options for our lives, to wonder about risks we might take in the
name and power of Christ.
We gather around the table to receive the
gifts of bread and wine on the first Sunday of every month and also on
other occasions of worship. This is where we find what we need to be
the Body of Christ for the world. This is where we find healing and
unity of spirit so that we can be a healing community for others.
Pilgrim is a congregation unafraid of
transformation. We come to worship, not to be entertained, but to be
changed. We sing, share our joys and concerns, pray, receive the word
of God through scripture and preaching, reflect and go away from the
worship hour transformed in small and large ways. We are varied in our
backgrounds and theological training. The differences are a delight and
a challenge we welcome.
Members of the congregation volunteer to
serve as liturgists.
Dress is casual.
The fellowship that follows our worship is warm. We invite you to come
and join us as we listen for God's word.

FELLOWSHIP
We are a
fellowship of individuals on a common Spiritual Journey. Fellowship is
one of the ways we welcome people to Pilgrim. Each Sunday we host a
fellowship time following worship. It is a good time to meet people and
share coffee, juice and food. Several times each year we offer special
fellowship events - usually around a holiday such as St. Patrick’s Day,
July 4th, and other holidays. Our annual Church Potluck Thanksgiving
meal is held on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Pilgrim also takes part
in spontaneous fellowship events. For example, on some Friday evenings,
a group will meet at a local restaurant for dinner. Call the church
office or see the church calendar for schedules of these events. All
are welcome!
